At the second spot we have the opening batsman from the world’s best team Rohit Sharma as one of the key players of Indian cricket team and is one of the best opener batsman till date. He plays lazy elegant shots and has record for most double centuries by any batsman in ODI cricket in the world that is , three double centuries against Australia(209), Srilanka(264) and one more against Srilanka(208*) and has the record for the highest individual score in  50-50 format of 264 not out against Srilanka. The backbone of Pakistan cricket team Babar Azam is third in this list. He is one of the most shocking entry in this list as he has just started his international career and has already achieved a lot. One of the best batsman from Pakistan ever , Babar has proper cricketing shots and plays shots with class . Babar has the ability to score high scores and the youngest batsman in our list . Till date he has played 74 international matches and has scored more than 3300 runs and has amazing average of 54.17 . He has scored  11 centuries till date and has top score of  125 not out . 4.Francois du Plessis 

The current test and T20 captain of South African Cricket team we have faf du Plessis . The middle order batsman has been playing for his country for a while now and has scored 5500 + runs in 143  ODI matches . An outstanding batting average of 47.47 and has scored 12 centuries and around 35 half centuries. He was also in the fourth spot in last year’s best batsman list and is still at the same spot. He has been playing consistently and has helped his country to win close matches .

He is currently playing for his country and is the most experienced batsman of New Zealand Cricket team . Ross Taylor is known for his calm and long innings. He has started his ODI career back in 2006  and made debut against Srilanka and has played  228 ODI matches till date and scored more than 8000 international runs and has great batting average of 47.86 . He has a total of  20 centuries and  50 half centuries . His highest one day score is  181 not out .  The blasting left handed opener batsman from Australian Cricket team we have David Warner at sixth spot . One of the lesser known facts about David Warner is that he is the first Australian cricketer in 132 years to be selected for a national team in any format without experience in first-class cricket. He has been playing for more than 10 years for Australian Cricket team and he made his debut against South Africa in 2009.  David Warner is considered as one of the best left handed opener batsman and is compared to The legend Brian Lara because of his consistency .  The left handed wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de kock is at ninth spot in our list . The young talented batsman from South Africa is the captain of South African ODI Cricket team . He was named as the Cricketer of the Year at Cricket South Africa’s 2017 Annual Awards . Quinton de kock made his debut at  international 50-50 format in January 2013 against New Zealand . Quinton de kock has played 115 International ODI matches in which he has scored more than 4900 runs and has consistent average of 45.01 . Till date he has scored 14 centuries and 24 half centuries and has great conversion rate that is whenever he passes 50 then there are almost 59 % chances that he will score a century . 10.Aaron Finch 

The right handed opening batsman and the captain of Australian Cricket team in limited overs we have Aaron Finch who secured the last spot in our top 10 list . This amazing batsman is known for exploding and attacking batting as a proof  he has two records of highest individual score in T20 international that is 172 against Zimbabwe , beating his own record of 156 against England in 2013. He became the first player in T20Is to reach the 900 rating mark on the official T20I rankings . Finch made his ODI debut in 2013 against Srilanka .
